Free Premiere Pro Edit Template by Motion Array

Motion Array, an After Effects template and stock music site, is offering a free Premiere Pro edit template, which includes a free font, light leaks, and music track.

This template is 100% legit and no credit card is required. Watch the video below to see the demo using placeholder footage, also available for download on the Motion Array blog post.

Have a home video that you know you should have edited last year? How about a free video favor you promised a friend but you keep putting it off? Speaking of procrastination, how about that demo reel? Maybe you are a Premiere Pro beginner and want to see how an edit like this is created? This free download is perfect for all of the above. And it won't cost you a cent!

  • This is a Premiere Pro CC 2015 project file. Previous versions of Premiere Pro will not open it.
  • When opening the project, you will get the following pop-up, looking for missing rendered previews. You don't need these files and can select Skip All.
  • To avoid getting the missing previews pop-up every time you open the project, go to Sequence and choose Delete Render Files. Don't worry, you don't need them.
  • You will want to install the provided Bebas Neue font. Otherwise, Premiere Pro will replace it and won't do a very good job. If your text appears cropped as shown below, it means you do not have the correct font installed.
  • The download does not include the placeholder footage. It is provided, for free, as a separate download on the Motion Array blog post. To add your own footage, import it into the project, then option+click and drag it onto the clips in the timeline.

This is a new initiative for Motion Array. They want your feedback! Hopefully they receive enough interest to continue offering Premiere Pro templates like this one. Be part of something new and let them know how much you like it!

Have questions or concerns about the template? Leave them in the comments of the Motion Array blog post. The Motion Array team is actively responding.
